Many poc and lgbtq+ people need the justice they deserve. There are many people at Jessie Clark Middle who have said very disturbing slurs that will not and should not be excepted. Many students have shown counselors pictures, screenshots, and videos of what these rude people are doing. They continue to say they will handle the situation but never do. Olivia Harbour has been suspended and received safe for defending herself and others.*blank* has said the N-word multiple times, and wished death upon others. *blank* received no punishment even though they were in the wrong. Ziya, has been turned down by a counselor at Jcms. Ziya went to a counselor because Tyler ____ had called her the n-word with the hard r. The counselor did nothing for Ziya because “I don’t think he would say that”. Kyra Skelly was being bullied at a basketball ball game by a bunch of boys who were throwing rotten mushed bananas into her hair. The boys received no punishment, and Kyra did not receive and apology. Tavo Silva was defending himself, because his Ex-Friend was lying to him and everyone around him. The Ex-friend was using derogatory terms about people and to Tavo. One of the counselors Talked to Tavo, and Tavo got safe while the Ex-friend has been set free with no punishment. I was called the n-word, and other derogatory terms by these people. Counselors will not and do not care.
