No animal should ever go through this sadistic torture. This piece of scum that did it need to be prosecuted. Maybe they should cut of his ears and nose for what he/she did to this poor animal. Heartbreaking.

I am sorry I could not sign the petition as it is closed. I hope whoever did this despicable act to this precious dog has the same done to then and then put in front of a firing squad. They are not worth ever being fed in jail.

A monster who would do this deserves the harshest punishment we can find. I prefer the death penalty. OR ...cut off his ears and his nose and let him live on the
streets. I’m so angry that I would gladly do it myself. Such a monster should have NO rights.

Animals can not speak for themselves.
We need to. What happened to this dog is horrible. Whoever did this should be arrested.
