Kumar Ajitabh has been missing since he left his apartment on 18th December 2017 at 6.30pm. Ajitabh had posted an advertisement on Olx dated 29th November 2017, to sell his Maruti Ciaz Car and he was in a contact with several buyers among whom one suspect contacted him via WhatsApp and asked him to come at a specific location near Varthur which was the last location shared by the suspect.

He had secured admission in IIM, Kolkata for the Executive MBA program. The total fees is approx. ₹26 lacs, however he needed to pay ₹5 lacs in advance by 20th December.

The Missing FIR was filed on 20th and again on 29th a new FIR for kidnapping was filed with the Whitefield Police station. The Police is still clueless, asking us to wait as it needs more time to investigate. His father has filed a petition at the High Court for CBI to takeover the case which has a hearing on the 8th January 2017.

This petition seek CBI enquiry in the case related to Kumar Ajitabh's kiddnapping. We believe this is part of a larger crime scene and a cartel is involved. We need a CBI inquiry to restore faith while participating in Online business and also to make sure North Indian Community feel secure and does not become soft target while working in Bangalore.

Please sign this petition, so that CBI takes this case, to give justice to Ajitabh and bring him back home safely.
