Our current family court system is not fit for purpose, because it gives the mother custody for the vast majority of the time. Studies have shown that shared custody is far more beneficial for the child.

I solely believe that a father should have instant equal access rights to their child/children.

I believe that it will reduce mental heath found to this very day in men, and cut the number of suicides happening around the UK that involves a father and his denied access to his child/children.

All rights, as a parent should be equal, and a formal punishment should be apart of the system for mothers who are to deny a fathers, rights and duty, which includes access as a parent. 

Please take a moment to reflect and change a child's life, break the stigma on men's mental heath around denial of access to their child/children.
