The West Valley Logistics Center proposes 3,600,000 square feet of industrial development  surrounded by housing and natural hillside open space.

The South Coast Air Quality Management District has cited negative impact to the air quality of the area. Traffic concerns regarding this project are numerous. Help prevent an out-of-state developer increase their profits by destroying our quality of life. This has been a semi-rural area with large lots and established neighborhoods.

The city of Fontana has actively been pursuing this project right against homes in Jurupa Valley. They list this as one of their top planning projects ignoring the fact that people live nearby. Zoning had to be changed to allow warehouses in an area zoned residential. This huge industrial development in the middle of a residential area is inappropriate to healthy growth for the community. The impact on the north end of Jurupa Valley, South Fontana, and Bloomington would be immense. They are supporting this project despite negative environmental impact reports. We need your help!

This is not a benefit to the community! Government needs to serve the people in our community not out-of-state developers trying to make a buck off of our neighborhoods.

Please sign and voice your concerns!
