Jurupa Valley Residents Oppose Greyhound Bus Relocation

We've seen the impact of greyhound bus on downtown Riverside and the current EIR Report states "a less than significant impact" for Jurupa Valley. Any negative impact is detrimental and JV deserves better. Loading/Unloading 17 buses per day between 6:40 am & 8:20 pm will lead to more traffic (w/JV to absorb cost of road repair), noise (1 bus = noise of 20 cars), odors/pollutants, fine particulate, air quality detriment, crime increase and home market value decrease, with little benefit to JV. We oppose greyhound bus relocating to our community, particularly the DeAnza Shopping Center. We also request our city council adhere to its obligation to protect the best interests of its residents by voting against the relocation of greyhound bus into our city.
