Jullian Gubarry has gotten away with lots of unforgivable crimes as he has used excessive force, raped/sexually harassed, harassed, sometimes slapped friends, many more to many girls, and finally just bully other students this all from personal experiences and from other unnamed witnesses. Although he hasn’t been charged, all this with only 2 days of suspension. By signing this petition you are helping making sure this doesn’t happen again by getting rid of him from our school and making it safer for all students at Hutch High and no one has to fear of getting hurt again by his hands. If you do sign and help spread this I personally thank you and I plan on keeping the victim’s names and identity private:)
