Pamela Ellis started this petition to Judge Dowdy and jury

Hello, I would like to take a minute to have your attention to let you know why I am doing this petition. I would like to help my cousin Brittany Gix get a second chance at raising her son. Brittany grew up in a home with six other siblings she grew up with both of her parents she was blessed she was an unfortunate like some others 2008 April 8 Catherine Thomas passed away due to Her battle with cancer. From there Brittany began to go through things in life she began to make decisions where as, she didn’t have a mom to go to for advice, but she had Her siblings and other family members. Brittany went on to become a phenomenal person, an extraordinary woman, a God fearing woman, as well as an amazing mother to Ayden Beck.  Brittany was the type of person who if you were down if she knew what to do or say to put a smile on your face, she knew what to do or say to make your day is much brighter, she knew what to say at the right time to let you know you are not alone in your situation. She is one of the most amazingly beautiful, funny, talented, well spoken youth I have ever known. We’re doing this petition on the behalf of Brittany and on the behalf of Ayden We’re doing this petition on the behalf of Brittany and Ayden. Judge Dowdy and jury, we’re not asking that you over look what Brittany has done, but we’re standing with her and Ayden today, asking for a second chance to raise her son to the best of her ability. Times are rough n tough now, children need both parent’s in the home just to attempt to have a normal life. We feel a need of young men needing both parents now more than they ever have. So, with all do respect Judge, we come before you asking for a second chance for Brittany, a second chance for Ayden, and a second chance at a better life for the both of them. Thanks in advance for your time.

Thank you
