In 2016 my life changed forever. Two beautiful daughters taken in an instant by allegations of abuse by Hampshire County CPS. These allegations were made with no proof of any abuse. Cps got involved when I was directed by a professional to seek help for my then 7 yr old daughter. After I did what I was instructed to do my daughter was later transferred to a pysch facility by a MD from the local hospital.  Caseworker and gals lied to cover their own tracks. The judge never allowed my children to voice their opinion nor was I ever allowed witnesses in my case. I was made to do counseling and many other various so called services by caseworker who can no longer work for the department. Now fast forward 5 yrs to today. My relationship with my oldest is completely ruined by this judge. Why because I was denied any access or existence to my kids. I was forced by the judge to not acknowledge my children's existence. The judge told me that I have a total disregard for law enforcement and no empathy for others. I confronted him in court that I was raised in a law enforcement family and as well as being registered by the state dhhr as a licensed  CNa. This judge is now currently under investigation under 11 charges for judicial misconduct and miuse of judicial power. 

I recently received contact with my youngest who is now 14. She is legal age by the state to claim where she wants to live. She has stated she hates her life and has continued to ask me to give her a new life. She has been hit and verbally abused where the state placed her and they will not listen. She wants everyone to help her to get back home to me. I am asking for ur help to sign this petition to help my daughter get home.
