Having a possibly rough childhood is no excuse for rape especially of a child. This judge has displayed a total disregard for the trauma this child was subjected to. How does the judge know this 20 yr old will not do this again.only very sick people become aroused by toddlers.

Although I'm in Canada, reading about this miscarriage of justice. I'm just as much appalled as my neighbors south of the border are. I cannot comprehend how this judge came to that idiotic conclusion. There's no other option but to kick this incompetent judge out of the courtroom permanently!

Rape of a child is illegal and destroys the victim in many ways ,this so called judge cannot dictate as to who the law will punish!
