My name is Julie medina some of you may know me because of my last petition which failed. This has been an ongoing situation that I would’ve believed would’ve stopped by now, but hasn’t due to the lack of help from the police department and the justice system. In process through getting my order of protection my affidavit was messed up and no one had fixed it. About a month later I received a call informing me my case has been dismissed. as many of you know my order of protection has expired DECEMBER 4, 2020 and unfortunately I couldn’t get It extended since my case was dismissed by the DA which was supposed to go to criminal court to get another order of protection. I have unfortunately had to hire a lawyer which isn’t exactly in my budget. This next petition will help me when I have a court appearance and I can show the judge. Please help me spread this and sign this petition to get It extended. As many of you know he used to be my friend and has SA me before and has sent me threats regarding rape and has already chased me in my area. His last words when I blocked him multiple times were that I looked good “unconscious”.as of now since the order of protection is expired he can contact me again and can complete his threats.
