Sentence Jason Marshall with the maximum sentence of 30 years in jail.

My little brother, my heart, my life was brutally taken from this earth on February 20, 2011. A family was torn to pieces and a young life was taken by a careless, irresponsible driver who had a revoked license at the time of the accident. Not only did Jason Marshall have a revoked license and according to his record he is a habitual criminal, he made a choice that night to drink and drive. He chose to get in the car with a blood alcohol level of 0.17 at the time of the accident and killed my brother. He needs to be in jail, he is a repeat offender and continously drives on a revoked license. I understand accidents happen, they do everyday, but this is not just an accident it is an act of carelessness and pure disrespect of the law and life its self. He chose to drink, he chose to get in the car intoxicated, he chose to drive on a revoked license, he chose to kill Derek Arango. He needs to spend the maximum time of 30 years in jail. Nothing will bring Derek back but Jason Marshall behind bars ensures that he doesn't make theses decisions again, tragically killing another innocent person.
