I am starting this petition because my fiance, friend and I have been violated of our fourth amendment rights. The Bay county investigation team coerced my fiance into taking them into my friends house and finding some illegal items. My friend and I have told them multiple times that they need to leave because they are in violation of our Fourth Amendment rights. They did not leave. They then began to tell my fiance that he will not be arrested as long as he works for them. My fiance agrees, then ends up getting arrested a few days later on a possession of methamphetamine charge. I bonded him out within the 24 hours and 7 days later they decide to come arrest my fiance on everything they have found in the house and he is now sitting in jail on a $67,000 bond. (My fiance did not live on the property at all, he only visited because we just had a baby earlier that month). I am asking for enough signatures to at least get some of his charges if not dropped, then reduced. Not asking for any donations just signatures to show the judge and state prosecutor that there is someone out here that cares for him and the investigators are in the wrong. They violated our Fourth Amendment, coerced him and entrapment. Thank you.
