JPAY and there parent company Securus are government contractors that provide communication technologies to prisons and county jails across the globe(Electronic tablets). Prisoners can communicate with their families, purchase music, stamps, video games, and do other things with these tablets. Books aren't available for purchase on the JPAY system. Allowing self published authors along with traditionally published authors to sell their books digitally in prisons and county jails worldwide through JPAY would change the lives of thousands of families.
