Stop destroying woodlands. No more concrete. You know why the acquifer is getting lower & lower? Because rainwater can’t get to it through the concrete. Wildlife need those woods. We meeds those woods for protection against storms. Want to help stop rising sea levels? Stop laying concrete on every single piece of soil.

"Here we are, the most clever species ever to have lived. So how is it we can destroy the only planet we have?"
JANE GOODALL

“Compassion for animals is intimately associated with goodness of character, and it may be confidently asserted that he who is cruel to animals cannot be a good man.”
ARTHUR SCHOPENHAUER,
The Basis of Morality

“....Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.”

All this unmitigated development is destroying the environment and wildlife and green space necessary for all life, including people. Give life a break and stop the destruction.

We need this area to have a place of respite for the entire community to enjoy nature as one of the few remaining places in this area.

The animals have to have land to survive. These developers need to redevelop buildings and areas that have already been blighted. Wildlife and shade have decreased in activity near my house since developers bulldozed 12 acres of forest next to me. The residents now there walk in MY neighborhood cause we are natural and have shade. The foxes , owls, hawks, squirrels have all but disdappeared. 12 ACRES OF OLDBEAUTIFUL OAKS AND PINES GONE. Stop the madness. Quit paving. Make the old new again!

Urban sprawl is consuming our green spaces at an alarming rate. Approve development that takes wild life conservation into consideration before it is all gone.
