This information sheet contains the details of transaction that took place between TiB HOLIDAYS. & Journey Quest.

TIB HOLIDAYS PAID Ajay NEEKHARA (AGENT Journey Quest) and Anup Gupta a sum Rs. 2 lakh 56 thousand against international Air Tickets for 5 guest on 5th March 2020. Due to Covid-19 this tour was cancelled and TIB Holidays was informed that the money was put on hold by the airline company and will be returned as soon as it is credited to agents company.

After a year TIB  Holidays found that the airline company. never received any money for said tickets that the transaction was cancelled.

Journey Quest kept on insisting that the money is still with the air line company and after a wait of around One year. 

→ Journey Quest issued a cheque for Rs. 230,000 in the name Ajay Neekhara which was supposed to be returned. against cash payment- before 4th may 2020

After reaching the said date Journey Quest refused to pay cash mentioning that the Airline is still holding the money. And issued another  cheque directly in the name of TIB HOLIDAYS without date saying. as soon as the money is received  the cheque can be submitted to the Bank.

In the mean time  TIB Holidays found that the airline company was never paid any amount against the tickets. After getting pressure from TIB HOLIDAYS, JOURNEY Quest requested to present the cheque to the Bank  in the month of November 21.

Cheque No 634876 issued by Journey Quest bounced on 16th Nov 21. The same cheque was again represented to bank on 31ST Dec 21 and it bounced on 3rd Jan 22.

Until now Journey Quest has not cleared its dues towards TIB Holidays Pvt. Ltd.
