The amount of products available glamourising OCD is unacceptable. OCD isn't something to joke about - it's a mental disorder where an individual is constantly bombarded by intrusive thoughts in which they are forced to perform rituals to attempt to reduce their anxiety. It is absolute hell. I know people who cannot leave their homes, hold their children, be in a relationship or visit family because of this disorder. I even know of people who have taken their own life or even attempted to because of OCD.. me being one of them.

You wouldn't make a joke out of depression, schizophrenia, dementia, PTSD. Or any physical disability. So why OCD? Why is it always OCD that is the butt of everyones joke? It really isn't fair on the people who have to suffer from this disorder day in day out. These things should be removed from sale out of respect for the thousands of sufferers who deal with one of the top ten debilitating illnesses of all time.
