Americans today are facing an un-precedented form of financial oppression.  Now more than ever we have most of the financial resources of this country located in the offshore bank accounts of a few billionaires who use tax loopholes and crony capitalistic practices to enrich themselves instead of the general population.  The very fact that we even have a monetary system makes things unfair for the general population because the federal reserve throws $5 into a pool of 10 people and says go fight over who gets the most - this is the argument of supply and demand.  Whoever collects the most money has the most power over the other people who weren't able to collect the money.

In addition, AI, robots and other technology are quickly replacing human workers across all industries.  These workers need some way to pay their living expenses, because living wages are going down or remaining flat year over year.  The pool of quality jobs is shrinking more and more each day.  Workers can't live off of $10 an hour when they have a $1,000 mortgage, $500 car payment, thousands in insurance policies to pay for, kids to feed, a house to upkeep, etc.  It is more than unfair that executives of large corporations feel that they are justified to live in a mansion, drive a Tesla and live a fancy lifestyle all because they were in the right place at the right time, or simply had the right connections.  All humans are biologically the same and should be treated the same.  We shouldn't use jobs or money to decide who gets to live a nicer lifestyle than others.  We need to actually care about our citizens and provide for their wellbeing by ensuring every US citizen has enough money to pay their bills every month without having to worry if that money is coming from a job or not.

I am proposing at the minimum that all families (either married or divorced parents with kids) get a monthly amount of $10,000 to $15,000 per month tax free to cover all necessary living expenses.  Single individuals would get $5,000 to $10,000 per month tax free, and married couples with no children would get $7,000 to 12,000 per month tax free.  The actual dollar amounts given would be calculated based on whether or not the individual(s) are disabled, have special needs, chronic medical conditions, the number of children in the family, and other current living expenses.

In addition to all this, it is imperative that the government enact price controls on goods and services to prevent greedy executives from trying to go after the newly injected money coming into the lower class.  The government must stop the oligarchs from manipulating industries all because their eyes get bigger when they see more money is being injected into the lower class to help the common citizen.

Furthermore, we can provide incentives to workers to keep working in meaningful jobs that they enjoy by providing extra monetary bonuses in their monthly checks from the government.  The more a worker works and can provide proof at tax time, the more bonus money they get from the government in their monthly check.  For instance, a job with a 40 hour work week will land a worker an extra $5,000 per month from the government.  Anything less than 40 hours would be scaled down in percentages based on a to be determined mathematical model.  It's an all around win win situation and will help level the playing field instead of propping up this pyramid scheme we've all been in for forever.  If you are a business owner or 1099 / W2 worker who has an income of $250,000 or more per year, then you do not get UBI because you have enough already and don't need more aid from the government.

Congress...use some common sense here and pass a sensible universal basic income package so that all Americans can cloth and feed themselves, plus live a decent life without having to worry about getting laid off or finding another job of equal financial caliber.  Lets get this passed ASAP.
