The problem I want to solve is to having school/work the day after Halloween. I think we should not have school/work the day after Halloween so that kids, adults, and family can stay out later and go trick or treating and enjoy them self's. The way this change will effect me and my community and others in a good way is by letting us stay out later and go trick or treating and hang out with friends and family then the next day we can just rest and take the day off. Cause if we don't get the day after Halloween off then kids are more likely to sleep in class and less likely to focus. If I win this idea many people will be more happy and will be less stressed about staying out late trick or treating on Halloween and having to wake up early the next day for school/work. If I lose this idea people will continue to stress out about how late they can stay up without being tired the next day. it also will make me more happy too.
