There are thousands of inmates who have become a victim to the system through a faulty federal sentence guideline problem. The use of non-convictions and sealed youthful adjudications have been a "double jeopardy" strategy to push the career offender enhancement causing extremely lengthy (mostly LIFE) sentences. This is also 1 of the many reasons for overcrowded prisons and is a shame.. IT MUST BE STOPPED--an accusation is NOT a conviction.
