Joe Biden set up students to get access to more loans then he closed the door on those students being able to dispense these debts in bankruptcy he created the problem and he can solve the problem.

Plenty of people chose not to go to college because they could not justify the student loan debt it would require. Not everyone who took up the student loan debt deserves to have it dispensed in bankruptcy or by popular opinion have it simply cancelled by a presidential order which removes only $50,000  from everyone's debt. I'm sure there are people who are hundreds of thousands in debt these are the people we have to reach.

The proper way to address this is in bankruptcy court where a judge is allowed to assess the situation and allow people to continue their lives. If a student was a victim of predatory lending enabled by Joe Biden's policies then they should have the opportunity to relieve themselves of this burden in court.

Bankruptcy continues to be used by everyone but student loan holders this is the cause of this problem. The solution is easy, just simply go back to where it was before Joe Biden took away students ability to dispense student loan debt in bankruptcy court.

People who can pay their student loan debt, should not have that debt relieved!
