I am requesting for a petition to shutdown Reeves County Detention Center in Pecos, TX. for medical negligence. When inmates at RCDC became infected with covid-19 their symptoms were ignored by the medical stuff and did not follow up with anyone in the prison.

After reading a detailed letter written by the inmates it is clear that RCDC committed shameful acts against their inmate population by letting them suffer without any medical medicine whatsoever. It is clearly possible that some of the covid cases were not being reported by RCDC to the Federal Bureau of Prison as it was part of their protocol for medical response.

No one deserves this kind of treatment, not even immigrant prisoners. I ask all to please read and share this letter and help bring justice to these people.
