Congress has for years taken kickbacks and is no longer working for the people of the United States. I propose setting two 4 year term limits from here on for all members of Congress. This rotates fresh ideas and fresh blood into these seats so that the American people can choose to remove people who are no longer working for the people but for themselves instead. I also propose no Congressional recesses until negotiations on all bills before them have ceased and working bi-partisan bills can be sent forth. No more spoon feeding any of them. We the people hired them and we the people can fire them too. It's time to make these people do their jobs.
