Over the last year, it's become apparently clear that our constitution doesn't apply to businesses private or otherwise. Our Constitution is being violated via coercion of local and private businesses. It is time that we enact one final amendment which will force all businesses within the American border to operate within the constitution or cease all business while facing heavy fines. The same rules that apply to our government whether its local state or federal shall now be applied to private businesses operating within the United States. 

Any business that chooses to violate our constitution in any way shape or form may now be subject to heavy penalties and possible shut down. Our government will not be allowed to use local or private businesses to enforce any mandates or laws that violate our constitutional rights for any violation is an attack on American freedom. All laws that apply to our state and federal government will be henceforth enforced as basic rights and no business private or otherwise, will be allowed to operate above our constitution. Any act of doing so will also be considered an act of treason against the American people and may come with the same penalties including but not limited to death. 

No more loopholes, no more violations! We are the people and our constitution will be respected!
