Million Signature Biological Father's Rights Change Petition

Million Signature Biological Father's Rights Change Petition
Attention all adults, young adults, parents, future parents, and anyone who seeks change for our youth and our lineage. We called on a Million Man March in 1995. We called on a Million Woman March in 1997. In 2020 we had a Million Maga March, with a combined approximate attendance count of almost 2 million attendees. No petitions were done at either of these events concerning our youth that I am aware of. Law reformation is needed concerning our children that are being born out of wedlock to single parent homes. It is evident that single parent homes are increasing with no signs of imminent change, making it necessary for us (U.S.) to reform laws that combat these changes in our country. In every family court system in the United States, we reason using "what is in the best interest for the child", to be the final definitive of all findings concerning our youth, so this too should be our reason now. Knowing that it is in the best interest of most children to have two parents in their lives from birth for a more stable and structural upbringing physically, emotionally, and spiritually to create a much-needed balance of their future, we must take action. Definitive and swift changes with sensible reform must be made to align laws concerning our youth, not just voices heard. We are quick to reform laws that are lucrative more than sensible, but long overdue. The United States has the world's highest rate of children living in single-parent households. According to the United States Census Bureau in 2020,18.3 million youth, 1 in 4 live without a biological, step, or adopted father in the home. Also as of March 2021, 47.1% of children live in a home with a single parent, that's almost 50% of our youth. The number of children living with their mother's have doubled in the last 50 years.
At the onset of a child's birth the biological father receives no physical rights until a child is legitimated, but is obligated financial responsibility for the child without this being necessary. Sometimes, being forcefully served to appear and sign legal documents without any representation with an agency( Child Support Enforcement) that has legal representation or face seeing the judge and even then, still not being granted any legal representation. Legal aid does not assist the less fortunate fathers who can't afford attorney's for legitimation or visitation rights, so this is not an open option like some have with legal aid. Though helpful in many other ways, the fatherhood program offers minimum assistance concerning a mother taking a child at birth and moving away without giving an address to the father, which is needed for the serving of legal documents. It is allowed to initiate child support enforcement in one jurisdiction and once that has occurred, take the child to another jurisdiction without giving an address, making it difficult and costly to locate. Any legal proceedings for legitimation or visitation must be initiated in the jurisdiction where the mother resides with the child. Allowing this only causes a severed or delayed bond between the father and child.
Standard visitation rights according to current guidelines should be granted to father's upon a child's birth once legitimation is complete, child support is initiated, or any other legal obligations are set as long as there has not been any legally documented domestic abuse or mental concerns. This creates a much needed foundation for our youth and lineage. It also gives our government much needed relief from funding in particular areas. If you involve both parents from birth you create a better and much needed working relationship between the parents. Being that there will be a better working relationship from birth and the child will be with the father a lot more, mother's may feel more reluctant to apply for food stamps, child care, welfare, or medicaid. Child support rarely covers all of these areas. Though it is necessary, it doesn't amount to what is in the best interest for our youth in all areas needed. If we can support reforming legalizing marijuana laws and 2.7 million people can support a $2000 4th stimulus check for the sake of our families and future, this too should be just as prevalent. We should support change and reformation in laws that create a better structure for our youth and our lineage which are our future. This also helps create a better tomorrow for our economy and country.
Let the signatures that follow become a definitive step to reforming laws aimed to address the issues of a biological father's rights of a biological child upon birth including, but not limited to legitimation, visitation, and legal representation during the signing of any legal documents concerning the biological child. Father's are not being treated equally or fairly concerning visitation rights of their biological child. Some families are already broken from the birth of the child and with a better structured process from this juncture by our Government, father's would elect to be involved more being assured their God given right as a child's biological parent . I would like to advocate for all of our fathers across this country for the opportunity to become better fathers with a more refined process of our legitimation and visitation. Also, granting us proper due process with legal representation concerning matters of a child. Without these signatures and reformation of laws to definitively change what we see before us (U.S.) as a country, we can only blame ourselves for continuing to allow the self-destruction of some of our youth. Knowing, but not implementing much needed and long overdue changes to help keep fathers and families together is not in the best interest of our children or lineage. Thanks to all that care for change!!!
P.S. GOD Above Vein Ideology
Sincerely,
I Care As Well
