People who are LGBTQ+ are being harassed, bullied, and discriminated against. Though America is a safer place today, those hate crimes are still being committed. Some people who are LGBTQ+ are homeless, and most homeless shelters aren't very welcoming. A solution is being more welcoming to them. I care about respect being shown towards the LGBTQ+ community! Some friends of mine are LGBTQ+, and I respect them, like everyone should be treated in the world. This will make an impact on the US community by helping those who are LGBTQ+, and their allies, and deeply showing what America strives for: Liberty and justice for all, and I mean all.
