We, the free and democratic people of the world, must not stand by and wait for a massacre in Kyiv or Kharkiv, where millions of Ukrainian heroes are fighting a war for democracy and freedom. Our democracy and freedom. They have held for 5 days against Putin’s forces, despite the US intelligence giving them 1-4 days. But they need our support. Former US Supreme Commander of NATO, General Breedlove, who proposed a No-Fly Zone over Ukraine asked this: “Are we going to sit and watch while a world power invades and destroys and subjugates a sovereign nation? Is the West going to tolerate Russia doing this to Ukraine? What if Russians do what they did in eastern Syria and they drop barrel bombs and make rubble of cities?” We cannot allow it.

Declaring a No-Fly Zone over the whole of Ukraine, which is partly occupied by Russia, would mean a war on Russia. We do not want that. But we demand that NATO leaders create a No-Fly Zone over Kyiv and Kharkiv, the two biggest cities, which are still under Ukrainian control. It would create humanitarian hubs, where women and children could find shelter from war. It would save the lives of innocent civilians. We demand that our politicians start drawing proper red lines in this conflict.
