If you are 1 of the 25 million Americans that had to continue to receive unemployment in 2021 and find this year's tax season is stressful then please sign this petition, with no stimulus money in our future and the continued stress put on low income to moderate-income families, tax season can be a light at the end of the tunnel for those who can receive earned income credit or child tax credit. With barely any tax breaks this year, a normally large refund can turn into a bill, just adding stress to an already stressful situation. The POTUS needs to ease this stress and if they will not do it via direct payments or further stimulus money, they can at least ease it through tax credits IE. waiving a certain amount of unemployment.
