In the last two years it seem as if the United States is going through a lot.  Black Life Matters and Covid -19 have been quite a big deal for all. Black Lives Matter hit home for me because I am African American so I related a little different. It really sadden me that so many black men were losing there lives to people we think are here to protect us. George Floyd was probably one of the biggest movements. Protestors and people behind Black Lives Matter really did everything in their power to get voices heard. If it was a person of a different race it wouldn't have went that way. We African Americans just want to be treated fairly and equally, we don't to be afraid for our young men we are raising that they can be next. This movement may have die down a little but we still want equality.
