The school is BIG. I couldn’t find an exact number, but the school is big and has 3 floors. Yet they only allow their students 5 minutes to get to class. Judging by how big the school is they should allow 7 minutes at minimum.

A big cause of students being late to class is the arrows. Students can only walk in certain direction in certain hallways. So instead of just walking directly to class some are forced to walk in loops. The same thing goes for the staircases.

When a student is tardy the teacher makes them walk near the cafeteria to get a “tardy pass” before they are allowed to come into class. This makes no sense. Why can’t the teachers just count them tardy. Making them go near the cafeteria and wait in a line for this “tardy pass” is taking even more time away from learning witch defeats the whole purpose of school.

The hallway policy at Ball High school is absolutely ridiculous, and shows a complete lack of self awareness by the administration.

I want the principal to allow students 7 minutes to get to class, have the teachers mark them tardy is they are late, and remove the arrows in the hallways/staircases.
