I believe that the starting times of highschool, middle school, and elementary school need to be changed. I think that highschool start time and elementary school start time should be swapped. Elementary starting earlier because the kids that attend have more energy and the level of education is more basic. Highschool  should start later in the day because teenagers have less energy throughout the day. Changing the bussing schedule for the school shouldn't be to much of a problem. Allowing the high schoolers to start earlier will result in better grades and better mental health. I can almost garantee that the average GPA in highschool will rise due to this change. Allowing for a more successful more efficient education system.
