Formal petition for the residents of the Jordan Ranch community located in Fulshear, TX against the current HOA and Johnson Development. Lead Management and Johnson Development have failed to uphold the quality and amenity expectations that its residents were sold on when they purchased in the area. Common issues include the inability to rent out common areas with promises to "look into it" without action, lack of proper street lighting on main roads (Jordan Crossing), failure of current amenities to provide the anticipated experience (garden is useless and not of substantial use) and the significant funds used to remodel the common area and hire a mostly ineffective "Director of Fun", among others. This petition is to provide a stronger and unified residential voice to ensure the HOA and Johnson Development act only in the interest and desire of the residents of the community. Petition requests immediate action for the razing of the current garden, utilizing annual expenses to replace with a basketball court and 2nd pool to accommodate a rapidly growing residential population. Secondly, requiring the current HOA to immediately allow residents to rent the Shed common areas for private use.
