Provide me with a home not a prison.

I moved to my property on 24th July 2017 with my now 18 month old daughter. I have had nothing but issues from neighbours. Noise levels, dogs barking, couples arguing, a mother constantly screaming at her child. The noise is so bad my daughter cannot sleep in her own room. I have contacted local councillors to help, my housing officer and health visitor. I had a disagreement with a neighbour in January this year words where exchange and i thought that was the end of the matter. However my neighbour has choose to contact social work with malicious calls om different occassions. Zero cause for concern from health visitor or social work on visits. Yet the calls still continue, I dont feel like this is home I have anxiety and don't even feel comfortable to take my bins out or pass neighbours in the close. I have had a letter from my doctors stating that living here is now having an effect on my health still nothing has been done. This is my last resort to hopefully get moves from this place I should have been able to call home. This was mine and my daughters fresh start it was suppose to be our forever home, instead the neighbours are making my life hell. Noise teams, police and housing have been out on over 30 occassions in 6 months. Please help me and my daughter get a new home where we can be happy.
