Many students do not have the time during jag to go out and get something to eat between classes, or do not want to show up to school half an hour before class starts for something as simple as a muffin!
By opening the CAGE during JAG we can potentially eliminate the amount of people skipping JAG to go get food, and fuel the students brain power. Opening the CAGE during JAG would also bring in more income.
