Aaron Tobian has published a study which falsely claims that infant circumcision will cost the US money. This is in direct opposition of US laws (14th Amendment, religious rights, and child abuse laws) and is refuted by Doctors Opposing Circumcision, Attorney's for the Rights of the Child and many other sources.
Robert S. Van Howe, MD, MS, FAAP at the Department of Pediatrics, Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, Marquette, Michigan found that, "Neonatal circumcision is not good health policy, and support for it as a medical procedure cannot be justified financially or medically." This information can be found in the study titled "A Cost-Utility Analysis of Neonatal Circumcision."
Please support human rights but urging the termination of Aaron Tobian from Johns Hopkins and a redaction of the flawed study.
