Sign this petition to encourage Baltimore County Executive, Johnny Olszewski, to close loopholes and enforce open space laws by creating and collecting a fee structure for Open Space Fees.  When Developers cannot meet onsite open space requirements for their projects, they are required to pay a fee which is required by law.  The County has not set the fee structure, nor collects them.  

Open Space funds are used to:

• protect small parcels from development by creating and maintaining small pocket parks
• maintain and improve current parks and ballfields 
• improve walkability by creating connections to current parks and trails
• improve property values, quality of life, health outcomes and the environment
