Periods are unavoidable. Public restrooms should have feminine products such as pads and tampons available for women to use. People on a college campus such as Hawaii Pacific University should have these products for young college women in their restrooms. The health clinic and other offices should also have tampons and pads ready for any women at any moment in time.
