Wind Turbines in North Bondi, Sydney

0 have signed. Let’s get to 100!

There is no doubt that Australia needs to do more in our commitment to renewable energy production. Politics is getting in the way, and large influential businesses are holding us up in the way of clean progress.

We need to do more at a local level. So we propose that 3 x 2.5MW Wine Turbines to be installed in North Bondi, around where the golf course is, that would power up to 6000 homes in Bondi. 100% renewable clean energy!

They would sit majestically on the cliffs, welcoming the future and a would become an important symbol of Australia's commitment to clean renewable energy.

If you would also like to see more done to get Australia moving, environmentally, in the right direction, please support this proposal and sign this petition. Let our local council know how important it is for us, as locals, to lead by example and introduce wind turbines for a cleaner Bondi!

Feel free to contact our mayor and deputy mayor directly to request they look into this proposal that will benefit us all. Their details below:

John Wakefield (mayor) &

Dominic Wy Kanak (deputy mayor)
