Cut the cost of swimming lessons

There are an estimated 360000 annual deaths from drowning each year and drowning is the 3rd leading cause of unintentional deaths. These statistics could be changed dramatically if swimming lessons worldwide were subsidized by the government- in our case the Canadian government. Swimming lessons can cost between 170-400 for a 4-week session depending on the length of the classes. Many families need that money to spend on more important things such as their home, and food. A small change like this will help many families and will save hundreds of people from dying each year.
