Publicly address ESPN's "Chink in the Armor" reference to Jeremy Lin

On February 18, 2012, the ESPN Mobile website referring to a "Chink in the Armor" in relation to Jeremy Lin as well as ESPN network announcer saying same phrase in a broadcast that evening. This use of a racial epithet is intolerable and unacceptable. The word "chink" is as offensive to Chinese Americans as "nigger" is to African Americans. ESPN needs to address this issue openly to educate not only itself but the country as a whole. Racism is something that needs to called out whenever it occurs if we are to ever create lasting change.
