It is very clear the Philadelphia Phillies need new direction and leadership coming from within the clubhouse. The last several seasons have been painful for the fans of this beloved franchise. The "we are quant only" philosophy currently subscribed has failed. It need not be fully abandoned, but rather used as an additional form of analysis. The EYE TEST. The art that needs to go along with the science. This needs to be brought back to the running of the team on a daily basis. 

I am the person to bring this change. Why? Mayfair Shamrocks All-Star 1983-1989 playing the trifecta of pitcher, first base, and outfield. Need I say more ?  No. But I will. 

I've watched this team for 45 years. The good, the bad, the awful, and THE GREAT. We know how great it can be. We know the power of this team to bring an entire city together. This Team can be so much more than they currently stand. However the current manager does not have the ability to make that happen. We have the talent and we have the personality on the roster to make it happen. 

So let's do it. Lets make it happen. Get Kapler out. Get Leone in. There is no reason to wait any longer. No reason to have another year wasted. Sign the petition. Let's make a change in the right direction.
