To everyone reading this,

Recently in the first week of May 2021, there has been a spike in gun and gang violence claiming a life of a young girl and a correctional officer. These targeted or random shootings are happening in malls and other public places where people go shopping or taking there kids to daycare, myself and others find this unacceptable that were continuing to keep this trend going while local and federal law enforcement is not really putting a concrete solution to this problem/crisis we have in our cities.

There is now a solution that can reduce gang and gun violence here in the lower mainland and it's proven to work in other cities. In the US this technology has reducing shooting by 20% - 40% and increased response times to the local law enforcement where shootings take place by giving police accurate information in real time.

This petition is not trying to pointing the finger and blame the police or local government its to make them aware that we want a solution now to protect our neighbors, communities & kids from gang violence and shootings.

I am just asking to anyone here in BC's lower mainland to help out by just signing this petition and in doing that it will show our local government that we want action and accountability for safer communities.

Thank you
