We need to roll out with a 4 day work week 10 hour shifts 4 days a week. This allows more time for rest and relaxation. Time for freinds and family. Much needed stress relief as we have such busy lives these days. Many of us working long hours and two jobs. Myself I work long hours 6 days a week and I work 2 jobs for little pay. Why work our lives away. We need a change, the old system is out dated and does not suite today's busy schedules and society's pressure on our everyday lives. The work load that we endure is costing many their lives at home with their families. Now more than ever we need a change in our system to allow people more time to spend outside of their work place. Mental health running rampant we are terminal if we do not exert an effort to allow stress to reside. People we must pull together and create a world worth living in and working toward a better place for our children and the future of our generations. A 4 day work week has been adopted by European countries for over 20 years. The production increase is incomparable, and the work life balance records record happiness. Why are we slaving away in one the most beautiful countries in the world not happy over worked underpayed.
