Don't Allow Palestinian Flags at GAA Matches. Keep the GAA Gaelic.

At the core of the GAA is the promotion of Gaelic games and Gaelic culture, both of which have enriched the lives of generations of Irish people. The flying of Palestinian flags, or indeed the flags of any other nation,  does nothing to promote the core values of the GAA. Palestinian Flags were recently on display across Tiernach's Park in Clones amid reports that the GAA was softening its stance towards their display. While those who fly these flags may say they are supporting a cause thousands of miles away in the Middle East, those same flags, flown at a GAA match, are also a cause of offence to others. Politics and sport do not mix well. Please, only Irish and county flags should be flown at GAA events.
