Leave nature to take it's course and leave horses and burros to take theirs.

Wild horses help limit fires by eating The Refuge and replanting the seeds in their feces. Cattle cannot do this as they are ruminants and chew their cud and when they're done there is no seed. They were given the right to be free in 1971 by our president then. Without them we will have more fires and also more cattle on their range. It is also unfair to be slaughtering these horses that belong to the American people and 80% or more want them. Who is the BLM that they can decide to slaughter and give PCP and Other Drugs to prevent the mayor's from conceiving. This is very sad because when Americans think of the west they also think of the wild horses. How sad if we should have to go out and look for wild horses with children who have never seen them and find they are all gone. I am praying the old people well join in so that it can make a difference in Congress. God bless our horses that have always ran Wild and Free.

I have been to several Western states that have wild horse populations on "OUR" public lands...........I HAVE NEVER SEEN 1 STARVING HORSE and the only decimation of range I've seen with my own eyes is over grazed for almost free by domestic livestock!!!!!!

It's time for the real equine scientists to step in and offer humane, ecologically sound and sustainable solutions for wild mustangs and burros. The self proclaimed experts have done enough damage, and wasted enough taxpayer money in these decades, trampling on The Wild and Free-Roaming Horses and Burros Act of 1971.
