Problem
The La Lomita Chapel in Mission, TX and it's parishioners are being confronted with an unconstitutional infringement on their shared rights to religious freedom and their ability to remain as a Church separate, as a whole, from the State. Due to the current Commander-in-Chief's plan to construct the US-Mexico border-wall in a grossly inappropriate location, the congregation at this church and historical landmark, built in 1865, are facing the possibility of their beloved house of worship being immediately possessed by a government willing to encroach on the religious liberties of it's citizens.

Solution
The citizens wish is to be able to worship at their chosen parish without the invasion of privacy deemed appropriate by those constructing the wall. A respectful distance between the wall and the chapel, as well as between the Federal Government and all people of faith is all that we ask for as guaranteed by the 1st Amendment to The Constitution of The United States if America.
