It’s no secret that the past few years Delaware Surf Fishing Tags have become a hot commodity. With the limit on the total number of tags sold it’s becoming harder and harder to obtain one. From waiting hours in line, to hitting the refresh button or the worse, sleeping overnight in a parking lot; beach goers will go to any length to make their summer a great one on the beach. 

Our question to you Delaware is: Why limit the number of tags sold and then also limit the number of people in the state parks when at capacity too and closing down the drive on access to the beaches?

We are signing this petition to take the sales cap off of tags and make the surf fishing tags unlimited.

Why should you make it unlimited you ask? Because the state could be making so much more revenue from the lifted tags cap. While also making everyone happy and giving everyone a fair chance to get on the beach during peak hours at the first come first serve basis.
