PBS has a large catalog of educational videos. Think documentary films, history series, etc. This content is sporadically available to educators at publicly funded institutions of higher learning. In order to provide a better educated college student, these partially government funded videos should all be available to all educators at institutions of higher learning for educational use.

Let's make future government funding of PBS contingent on providing our public college universities access to all of PBS content, for educational use.
