Hyrecar hosts are not receiving proper and timely customer service from hyrecar and sedgwick and voi. 

Hyrecar CEO and COO need to offer solution.

Issues Hyrecar hosts are having:

Incidental reimbursements

phone support agents disconnect phones, they never follow up, they do not offer real solutions.

Hyrecar always makes it very difficult for claims and reimbursements. 

Voi service is ridiculous.

Sedgwick was better in the beginning but now they are becoming more like genoteq which is not the right direction.

Stop manipulating car listings. Hyrecar is manipulating car inventory search which is hurting small fleet owners and helping large fleet owners.  

Block the bad renters forever untill they pay for all the incidents and expenses to owner of the cars.

Collect late days and other out of pocket expenses from renters and reimburse owners accordingly before allowing renters to pickup another car from hyrecar.
