The People Request President Joe Biden sign Executive Order RELATING TO SUSTAINABLE HOUSING.

Joe Biden's "Build back Better Framework" is said to be "The largest effort to combat climate change in American history." Now is the time to include in this effort sustainable autonomous housing which promotes environmental respect. EVERY U.S. President has issued over one hundred Executive Orders and some presidents have issued over one thousand.

The idea came from 4 years of working on the NM HB 0269. By the time it passed, it was so watered down that it was essentially useless. We do not have the time to do this again in other states and countries. The fast track to implementing this concept is EXECUTIVE ORDER.

Since everyone is affected by climate change and housing inequality, this Executive Order has global implications. As individuals and communities, we will be able to face issues of the economy and environment.

Conventional buildings are heavily reliant on active mechanical systems and fossil fuel, Resulting in massive carbon output and leaving people vulnerable to grid failures and natural disasters.

Executive order synopsis.

IT IS ORDERED:
1. This Executive Order shall promote municipalities and local entities efforts to maximize development and implementation of environmentally sustainable policies and practices. Specifically, all municipalities and local governing entities shall:

a. Allow development projects in The United States, that prove to exhibit carbon zero or near carbon zero status, permission TO PROCEED BEYOND THE SCOPE
AND RESTRICTIONS OF CONVENTIONAL BUILDING PERMIT PROCEDURES FOR THE URGENT PURPOSE OF GLOBAL DEMONSTRATIONS TOWARD SUSTAINABILITY AND CARBON ZERO DEVELOPMENT;

b. Immediately begin to evaluate and where appropriate, grant permits for projects in
The United States that prove to exhibit carbon zero or near carbon zero status;

c. Encourage and promote the submission of applications for the purpose of granting interested individuals the authority to engage in authorized sustainable, carbon zero or near carbon zero building activities pursuant to issuance of a building permit.

This is only the start of Sustainable Housing Equality which promotes  Environmental Respect. The U.S. is one of the largest global carbon producers, may we also be leaders as we address the dire state of the environment.  

Any state or country can set aside eighty acres designated as a testing site on which entire living systems and methods can be tested.                              

Here is how it was written in the first attempt at this in New Mexico for House Bill 0269. It was called the New Mexico Sustainable Testing Sites Act
RELATING TO THE CONSERVATION OF NATURAL RESOURCES; ENACTING THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT TESTING SITE ACT; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF AREAS TO BE USED FOR NONINDUSTRIAL RESEARCH AND TESTING DESIGNED TO REDUCE THE CONSUMPTION OF AND DEPENDENCE ON NATURAL RESOURCES BY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING THAT SPECIFIED COUNTY CODES, ORDINANCES, RULES AND PERMITS ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO CERTAIN RESEARCH ACTIVITIES WITHIN AN APPROVED AREA.
